Our AC went out on one of the hottest days of the year.....the thermostat was reading 85 degrees in our office and customer waiting area. Needless to say it was really miserable. How great it was to have Charron Heating & AC arrive before their estimated time and have the AC repaired and cooling within 30 minutes! The price was very reasonable too. Not a satisfactory installation process

The installation philosophy seemed to be cut twice, measure once and speed over quality. Customer interaction required multiple requests to correct issues. I have had 3 previous homes built and all had cleaner HVAC installations. Now that we are in the home, all systems are functioning properly.
